Steve Hawkins, Owner and Founder of Hawk EPC, has successfully steered the ship of Hawk for over 30 years. Having a natural mechanical aptitude combined with an insatiable appetite for problem-solving, Steve has not only led his company but also expanded it in size and strength to the current team of 200+.
Steve began his journey in the industry with a small team focused on general facility work. Over the years – while working in various plants and manufacturing facilities – the Hawk team has honed their expertise in constructing seamlessly functioning plants. Finding immense satisfaction in the intricacies of manufacturing, they solidified their business and established their brand. As the business grew, Steve realized that to deliver high-quality and timely services, he needed to have control over all aspects of the trades in-house.
Originally named Hawk Installation and Construction by Steve and his wife Kathy, the name "Hawk" signifies the Hawkins family legacy and embodies a symbol of sharp insight and meticulous focus.

Initially, Steve expanded the team by bringing on board electricians and skilled tradesmen, followed by experts in fabrication, machining, and various other hard and soft trades. Today, Hawk provides a comprehensive range of services, spanning from rigging and civil work to in-house engineering, delivering an all-encompassing turn-key solution to its clients. There's no longer a need to navigate subcontractors.
At present, Hawk EPC operates with a team of over 200 employees. This workforce not only provides employment opportunities in many small American towns but also constructs structures that revitalize manufacturing jobs in the USA.
Hawk EPC boasts an ever-growing portfolio of clients, including renowned entities like NASA, Baker Hughes, and other Fortune 500 companies.
