Project Discovery
The initial step in our process is the most critical: getting to know you and your needs so that we can deliver the best possible solution. During this phase, we start building our relationship and shaping the project parameters. We begin by gathering all the relevant information needed to define the project's scope. Once we have a clear and mutually agreed-upon scope, our estimation team creates a detailed line-item estimate that includes assumed specifications, a project timeline, and a budget.
The estimate undergoes a thorough review, and a contract is prepared. After the contract is signed, we hold a project kick-off meeting involving both your team and ours. We introduce you and your team to our project managers, engineers, and, if available, the superintendent. Subsequently, we schedule activities like investigative work, such as geo-technical assessments and laser surveys for accurate measurements and the creation of a 3D site model.
The estimate is reviewed in detail and a contract prepared. Once the contract is signed we have a project kick-off meeting with your team and ours. We will introduce you and your team to our project managers, engineers and the superintendent if available. From there we set up time to do investigatory work such as geo-technical work, a laser survey to take measurements (and build a 3-d model of the site), etc.

Engineering Your Design
With finalized scope in hand, we design options that fulfill your project goals and present them to you in a 3D model. At this point we review, make tweaks and sculpt away until the design is finalized and complete. We then create construction documents and schedule time to meet with our production team to review and communicate the plans in detail to ensure it is built correctly. By having clear communication upfront we reduce the chances for errors and change orders down the road.

The design comes to life before your eyes. Our in-house team of commercial construction experts handles everything from steel framing fabrication to installation and painting. Our projects are meticulously managed, and you receive daily updates on the progress of your project.
